Mulay's Sausage

Mulay’s Sausage is made according to my Nana’s centuries old recipes from Sicily. Our family crest dates back to 1326 AD when ancestor Nicolo’ was the Senator of Palermo! Though the Mulay family has moved around a bit, nothing has been able to change the way Mulays’ make Sausage! It has always been All Natural and Gluten Free. It has never had nitrates, msg, soy, sugar, dairy, artificial colors or flavors in the recipe. Our Sausage is 100% Natural Pork and 80% lean.

The best thing about our sausage is that is tastes great! People always reminisce “it’s just like I use to get in Brooklyn …or Chicago,  ...or Boston!”   We just smile and know that it’s even better… it taste great and it is all natural!  “How can it be so good?” I asked my Nana “simple ingredients and love make the sausage so delicious.”

We started with the original recipe, hot, that really isn’t too hot, it has just the right kick to keep you coming back for more.  We have since expanded our product line with a Mild Italian,  Killer Hot Italian, and our Breakfast sausage, designed for our very own sausage monster(aka: daughter Lyza)!  They all have passed the family test and live up to Nana’s standards!
