Shipping
We realize that shipping is an expensive part of any order. We work very hard to keep these costs down and pass on ONLY our direct cost to you, our valued customer. Because we are shipping a frozen and perishable product it is shipped in a sealed Styrofoam Cooler with dry ice. All orders are shipped via 3 day UPS select, unless specified otherwise.
Orders are shipped on Monday or Tuesday and will arrive Thursday or Friday. Orders must be received by 9:00 am MST Monday morning to guarantee shipping that week. All shipments are marked with perishable stickers and a request that the shipment is left at the door if no one is home. NO shipment requires a signature! Please plan for your shipments arrival. We can not be responsible for shipments left unattended to. All products should be used with in 3 days or re-frozen immediately upon arrival. For the freshest sausage use the product with in 4 - 5 months of purchase.
Returns
Do Not RETURN your product! If there is a problem with your shipment notify Mulay’s Sausage Corp immediately. We must receive a phone call (970-349-1423)or email info@mulayssausage.com the day of the products arrival. NO EXCEPTIONS. Leave your name, phone number, the condition of product. All shipments are tracked and guaranteed.
