Mulay's Sausage
Though the Mulay family has moved around a bit in the last several centuries, nothing has been able to change the way Mulays’ make Sausage! It is still ‘All Natural’, with no nitrates, no preservatives, no artificial colors or hormones.
Our Sausage is 80% lean and tastes great! People always tell us that Mulay’s original (hot) sausage is, “just like I use to get in Brooklyn!”… and we just smile and know that it’s even better… our Sausage is ‘all natural’! “How can it be so good?” I asked my Nana. She told me “there is no secret, simple ingredients and love make the sausage so delicious.”
We have expanded our product line, first adding a Mild Italian and now are pleased to announce our newest products, Killer Hot and Breakfast. Both of these have past the families test and live up to the standards of All Natural!

Mulay’s Breakfast Sausage. After watching in horror our 3 year old devour breakfast sausage at a friend’s house, we quickly developed this sausage for our kids and it has become a hit with families across the country!
