As a manufacturer of quality pork sausage, we are morally obligated to the human treatment of animals, to produce safe products from food animals and to deliver them safely to consumers.

We buy our pork from a producer that is committed to excellent quality, natural pork, raised humanely. Our pork producer has animal welfare guidelines and an animal welfare quality assurance program in place. They are inspected and certified by FACTA (Farm Animal Care Training & Auditing), PQA (Pork Quality Assurance), FSIS (Food Safety and Inspection Service, USDA). In addition, managers and caretakers are thoroughly trained, skilled and competent in animal husbandry and welfare, and have good working knowledge of their system and the livestock in their care.

• Our products are all of domestic origin.
• Our Pigs are fed a grain diet.
• We guarantee no antibiotics residues and only use antibiotics for therapeutic purposes; they have never received growth hormones, or other drug therapies, and not given BST, BGH, or other artificial production enhancers including Ionaphores.
• Have never been fed meat or bone meal bi-products.
• Animals must be free to move and not be confined
• Cages, crates and tie stalls are forbidden, pigs have the space to move around and root
• Animals must have access to clean and sufficient food and water
• The animals environment is not dangerous to their health
• The animals have sufficient protection from weather elements
• Farmers and Ranchers must comply with food safety and environmental regulation
